On 23 June 2009, GUAM Secretary General addressed the opening session of OSCE 2009 Annual Security Review Conference in Vienna. At the same day, Meeting with OSCE Secretary General H.E. Mr. Marc Perrin de Brichambaut had taken place.

On 23 June 2009, the third meeting of experts to develop GUAM joint tourist product took place in the GUAM Secretariat in Kyiv with the participation of the representatives of travel companies of the GUAM Member States, the GUAM Secretariat as well as the representative of the Embassy of Japan in Ukraine.
