On 17-18 November 2009, the 18th meeting of the GUAM Council of National Coordinators (CNC) took place in the GUAM Secretariat in Kyiv with the purpose to prepare the next regular meeting of the GUAM Council of Ministers for Foreign Affairs and its meetings with the partner countries in Athens within the framework of 17th Ministerial meeting of the OSCE on 1-2 December 2009.
