Masters degree from Kiev State University, Faculty of the International Relations and International Law, Department of International Economic Relations.

1983-1987

Ph.D. in International Economy, Graduate School at the Kiev State University, Faculty of the International Relations and International Law, Department of International Economic Relations. Paper title: “Participation of Georgia to the foreign economic relations of the USSR".

Author of a number of articles published in Turkey, Romania, Ukraine and Georgia on the regional economic cooperation and international relations.
